Method: Boil potatoes in very little water till they are tender. Soak sago or sabudana in one cup of water for about 20 minutes. Take out the sago and put them in a large vessel. Peel and mash potatoes. Add all the ingredients in the sago vessel except the oil. Mash and mix all the ingredients well to form a dough.

Serve the Sago snacks with coriander, mint or tomato chutney.

Notes;
  1. I have added various ingredients to the soaked sago to make different Snack. Cooked rice, soaked beaten rice (poha), sweet potato, yam and so on. And each tasted equally scrumptious!
  2. Makes a delicious starter for your party.
