- 1 ½ cups All purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup vanilla flavored custard powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp baking powder
Whisk butter and sugar in another bowl till sugar is dissolved.
Add butter-sugar mixture, vinegar, and milk to the bowl of flour.
Fold all the ingredients to combine.
Pour the batter into greased baking tins and bake for 20-25 minutes or till done.
